If there is a problem with your order, contact HAJSHO as soon as possible and include your order number, the item concerned and a clear description of the issue.
Return and refund eligibility is assessed according to the product condition, applicable hygiene or safety restrictions, supplier terms and UAE consumer requirements. Please do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
When a refund is approved, it is normally issued to the original payment method. The time needed for the amount to appear can depend on the payment provider or bank.
